Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Position: Full-Time
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Compensation: PKR 25,000 basic salary + commission

We are hiring a Front Desk Officer / CSR who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and tutors, providing assistance and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries regarding tuition services.
  • Match student requirements with suitable tutors and maintain smooth coordination.
  • Maintain updated records of clients, tutors, and tuition assignments.
  • Follow up with clients and tutors to ensure service satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or education consultancy will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Presentable, professional, and polite personality with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using digital communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage records, and work under minimal supervision.
