We are hiring a Front Desk Officer / CSR who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and tutors, providing assistance and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries regarding tuition services.
- Match student requirements with suitable tutors and maintain smooth coordination.
- Maintain updated records of clients, tutors, and tuition assignments.
- Follow up with clients and tutors to ensure service satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or education consultancy will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Presentable, professional, and polite personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using digital communication tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage records, and work under minimal supervision.
